Where women remember how they were born to lead — and to live.

Leadership and Purpose Coaching

My PhD is in psychology, with a specialization in transformative change and qualitative research.

My dissertation was a two-year study of how women move through profound life transitions to find purpose — the exact threshold moment you may be standing at right now.

What I discovered in that research became the foundation of my current work: the women who came through these threshold moments feeling transformed did not do it through more discipline or more optimization.

They did it by turning toward what they had been trained to override — the body's knowing, the intuition they had been told was unprofessional, the longing they had been calling a distraction.

doctoral researcher, purpose coach, & founder of The Uprising Collective.

I'm Dr. Molly Stillwell

My work is grounded in that research — and shaped by everything else I have gathered along the way.

I intentionally weave together both ancient and modern technologies in the work I do because the women I work with need more than one kind of intelligence to become who they are becoming. The next decade of leadership belongs to the women who can hold both — the research and the ritual, the data and the knowing, the strategic and the sacred.

That is what I teach. And it is what I live.

By not backing down from a tough conversation or an uncomfortable “this might rock the boat” opinion.

Speak your truth

By checking in with limiting narratives and re-anchoring each day in what’s possible.

Trust the flow

By pursuing our own path, even when others are unable to see our vision or trust in our abilities to achieve it.

Core beliefs

“The world will ask you who you are, and if you do not know, the world will tell you”

 - Carl Jung

If you are here, I have a guess about you.

You went to a good school. You took the demanding job. You worked twice as hard as the men around you and eventually earned the title, the compensation, and the recognition. On paper, your life looks correct.

And somewhere in the last year — maybe the last month — something has been asking a different question. It shows up on Sunday nights. In the meeting where you were talked over again. In the moment you closed the laptop after another win that landed like nothing.

Sometimes it is emotional homesickness for a version of yourself you can almost remember. Sometimes it is the exhausting realization that AI is about to reshape the industry you built your career inside — and you cannot tell yet whether that is a catastrophe or an invitation.

You have not been able to Google your way to the answer.

That is because the answer is not information. It is remembering.

I help high-achieving women in tech remember who they were before the world told them who to be — and rebuild their careers and their lives from there.

Get to Know Me Quiz

Most women who work with me arrive with a feeling they cannot yet name — and the work begins by finally naming it.

The first step is always the same: a conversation.

The Source Code Call is a complimentary 30-minute conversation where we map where you are, what lies beneath, and whether we are a fit to work together. It is a real strategy call — not a sales pitch. If it is a fit, you will know. If it is not, you will leave with clarity about what it is.

The System Rebuild is my flagship six-month one-to-one coaching container for the woman ready to rewrite the code her life has been running on — the deep work of excavating who she was before the world told her who to be.

The Collective is a living membership community for women who have crossed a threshold and are learning to live on the other side —with ongoing practice, monthly gatherings, and honest conversation with women becoming who they were always meant to be.

If you are not ready for a conversation yet, that is okay, too.

The women who become clients almost always spend months in my writing before we ever speak. Read a few essays. Come to the next masterclass. Follow along. When you are ready, you will know.
